摘要
首先介绍了怀特(White)池的基本结构,分析了怀特池系统中光束反射次数对实际气体检测的影响。在此基础上,利用光纤准直器的光束耦合特性,设计了一种光纤耦合结构的长光程气体吸收池传感器,在20cm基本尺寸上实现了12m的吸收光程,在特定的温度范围内系统的光耦合效率稳定在55%以上,应用于有害气体的远程在线监测。
The basic structure of White cell is introduced.And the influence of light reflection times of White cell system in gas monitoring is analyzed as an equally important factor.On this basis,a fiber coupling structure of White cell with long optical path is designed combined with the light coupling characteristics of fiber collimators.As a result,12 m absorption length is obtained on a 20 cm basic sized White cell and the light coupling efficiency of the system is steady at 55% or more in the certain temperature range.The White cell gas sensor can be applied for reote and on-line monitoring of the harmful gas remotely and on-line.
