摘要
氧化镍矿还原熔炼生产的镍铁通常除含有 Ni、Co、F e之外 ,还含有 Cu、Si、C、Cr、S和 P。本文介绍不同镍厂生产的镍铁的组成。内容涉及杂质的理论性质以及镍铁精炼的现代工业方法和正在开发的方法。介绍了生产超纯镍铁以及多种镍铁基合金 (含 Cu、Cr)的试验数据 ,同时也讨论了镍铁提纯工艺以及从镍铁中分离铜。
Ferronickel produced by reduction smelting of oxidized nickel ores contains, as a rule, Cu,Si,C,Cr,S and P in addition to Ni,Co and Fe. The composition of ferronickel produced in various nickel operations are presented in this paper. The discussion covers the theoretical behaviour of impurities, and modem industrial and developing methods for ferronickel refining. Experimental data on production of extra pure ferronickel and various ferronickel based alloys(copper, chrome) are presented. Technology for upgrading ferronickel and the possible separation of nickel and cobalt from ferronickel are also discussed. [
