流化状态下附碳赤铁矿粉物质形态的研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OF CARBON ADHERING HEMATITE FINES IN FLUIDIZATION STATE

摘要 对流化状态下赤铁矿粉附碳后的物相组成、显微结构、化学组成及矿粉被还原程度进行研究。通过矿相分析、电子显微镜分析、X射线衍射分析、穆斯堡尔谱学分析 ,发现流化状态下的赤铁矿粉随附碳时间的延长 ,颗粒结构变得疏松多孔 ,还原程度加深 ,颗粒表面形成的金属铁很少 ,有利于防止粘结。 The mineral constitutents, micro-structure, chemical compositions and reduction degree of the carbon adhering hematite fines in the fluidization state are studied by means of mineral phase analysis, electron microscope investigation, x-ray diffraction analysis and Mssbauer spectroscopy analysis, and it is found that the structure of the hematite fines tends to be loose and porous and to have a higher reduction degree and less metallic iron formation on the surface of the mineral fines with the elapse of time for carbon adherence to the hematite fines, and it helps prevent the fines from binding togethor.
