鞍钢热风炉冷风分配技术的研究

摘要 应用三维流场计算机模拟软件对鞍钢 4号高炉内燃式热风炉冷风分配情况进行了模拟研究。根据对现有设备存在的气流在格子砖内分配不均匀情况 ,通过在支柱空腔内设置不同的水平和垂直导流板 ,使得气流分配尽量均匀。作为一种可行性研究 ,对现有单侧冷风入口进行了双侧入口的模拟研究 ,研究表明在现场条件允许的条件下 ,双侧入口明显优于单侧入口。 Simulation studies have been carried out on the cold blast distribution in the internal combustion stove of No.4 BF at Anshan Iron and Steel Corp by application of 3-D fluid flow software. In light of the problem existing in the present facilities that the air flow is distributed unevenly in the grille bricks different horizontal and vertical plates have been installed in the pillar cavity to makte the air flow distributed as even as possible. In the meanwhile a feasibility study on the double inlet is also made by the computer simulation and results show that the double inlet functions much better than the single inlet where conditions permit.
