摘要
分析试样中加入过量FeCl3溶液 ,经搅拌使试样中金属铝 (MAl)与Fe3+离子发生氧化———还原反应 ,生成Al3+进入溶液中 ,三氧化二铝 (Al2 O3)不参与反应仍留在沉淀物中。过滤后含Al3+溶液经除氟 ,分离钙、镁、铁等离子后 ,用CuSO4滴定法测定MAl量 ,再由总铝量减去MAl,计算可得AD复合脱硫剂中Al2 O3含量。
The excessive FeCl 3 solution is added into the analytical sample.The metallic aluminiun (MAl) in the sample is made to oxidizing-reducing react with Fe 3+ by means of stirring,resulting Al 3+ coming into solution.The Al 2O 3 doesn't react,retains in the precipitate.After fluorine is removed and calcium,magnesium and iron separated from the Al 3+ bearing filter liquor,the MAl content is determined with CuSO 4 titrimetry,the MAl content is subtracted from the total Al content,then the Al 2O 3 content is calculated.
