摘要
设计了针对二硝基甲苯催化氢化反应的控制系统,采用计算机控制,实现反应器的温度、压力及流量等参数控制。催化剂与DNT采用比值控制,保证反应过程的工艺条件、提高其转化率,确保整个工艺过程安全可靠运行。
The control system for DNT catalytic hydrogenation reaction was designed to have reactor parameters like temperature,pressure and flow controlled.Catalyst and DNT with ratio control can ensure the reaction process conditions and conversion rate improved,as well as a safe and reliable operation throughout the process.
