摘要
以鄂尔多斯双欣化工密闭电石炉煤气加压站为研究对象,针对该煤气加压站主要为气烧石灰窑提供煤气加压和输送,设计出了一种基于西门子Wincc6.2和PLC300的煤气加压站控制系统,该系统运行稳定、可靠,操作简单,有效提高了工作效率。
The closed calcium carbide furnace gas-pressurizing station for the gas lime kiln in Shuangxin chemical company differs with others.Taking it a as the object of study,a Wincc6.2 and PLC300-based control system for it was designed as required.The application in practice shows that this simple system works stably and reliably while improving the working efficiency.
