摘要
通过试验研究渐缩管对下游涡轮流量传感器测量性能的影响,以平均仪表系数相对偏差、线性度和重复性为评价指标,指出渐缩管流场扰动使涡轮流量传感器仪表系数减小、线性度误差增大。通过仿真分析渐缩管下游涡轮流量传感器内部流场,发现渐缩管对下游流场的扰动影响了涡轮流量传感器的内部流场,速度分布变化是影响传感器仪表系数的主要原因。
The experimental study of reducer effects on downstream turbine flow sensor was implemented; the average meter factor relative deviation,linearity error and repeatability error were taken as evaluating criteria to show that the reducer' s flow field disturbance can make meter factor lower and the linearity error higher. The simulation analysis of flow field inside turbine flow sensor demonstrates that the flow velocity profile is the ma- jor factor influencing the meter factor.
