摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器的腐蚀仪监测系统的研究与开发,使用LabVIEW完成对腐蚀仪的实时数据与离线数据的采集工作,并对采集的数据做出相应处理。腐蚀仪应用Modbus协议通过RS-485接口将数据传输到PC机中。实践表明:该监测系统较其他开发系统相比更简单直观,具有使用方便及可扩展性强等特点。
Both research and development of virtual instrument-based corrosion analyzer monitoring system were presented,in which,the LabVIEW was employed to complete corrosion analyzer＇ s real-time and off-line data collection for later processing;and via RS-485 and basing on Modubus protocol, the corrosion analyzer has the data transmitted to PC. The application proves that this system outperforms others in the operation and expandability.
