摘要
提出了PLC+IPC的LNG气化站控制系统方案,以S7-200PLC为核心完成站内现场参数检测和设备控制,采用MCGS设计IPC组态程序实现了动态画面监控和生产管理。应用表明:PLC系统安全可靠,IPC组态程序简单实用,可满足用户功能需求。
The solution to the control system which based on PLC and IPC for LNG gasification station was proposed,in which,S7-200PLC was taken as the control core to detect site parameters and to control equipments,and the IPC configuration program designed with MCGS can implement the monitoring of dynamic pictures and production control. The application proves PLC system security and practicability and reliability of IPC configuration program.
