以南京中材白油-二氯甲烷回收项目为背景,介绍三菱Q系列PLC在化工废料回收工艺中的设计和应用。阐述白油-二氯甲烷的回收工艺,完成了控制系统的硬件选型和网络构架设计。实际应用表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,提高了原料利用率,降低了处理废料的生产投资,在增加工厂效益的同时又保护了环境。

Based on a white oil-dichloromethane recovery project in Nanjing,the PLC of Q series in chemical waste recovery was introduced,including the white oil-dichloromethane recovery technique and the control sys- tem＇ s hardware selection, as well as the network architecture design. Operating results proves the reliability and stability of this system which not only improves utilization ratio of raw materials, but also benefits environment protection.
