摘要
结合工程实际,采用GPRS技术组建通信网络,给出了基于STM32微处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的热力站监控单元的软、硬件设计,用于测量和传输热力站温度、压力等工况参数以及变频器运行参数。结合VC++6.0和数据库技术,设计了集控中心监控软件,可存储、显示热网实时工况,提供温度、压力异常报警,并且可以远程控制热力站变频器运行状态,进行热网热平衡调节。此外,还可使用MapX控件实现热力站地图查询,采用ProEssentials工具显示温度、压力等历史数据曲线,优化了人机界面。
Basing on GRPS in communication network,STM32 microprocessor and real-timeμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system,both software and hardware design of monitoring unit for the heating station were presented to measure and transfer temperature and pressure parameter of the heating station,including working parameters of the frequency converter;and using VC + + 6.0 and SQL Server and database technique,the monitoring software of centralized control center was given to store and display heating network data,meanwhile,the MapX was employed to inquire heating station map and the ProEssentials was taken to display historical data curve of the temperature and pressure and to improve the human-machine interface.
