数字化变电站继电保护方案定量评估系统研究

Research on Quantitative Assessment System for Relaying Protection Scheme of Digital Substation

针对目前尚无定量评价与选择数字化变电站继电保护系统的设计方案的问题,提出开发数字化变电站继电保护方案的定量评估软件,阐述了该软件实现可靠性评估、经济性评估以及综合评估的技术路线,给出其实现的流程图,讨论了各功能模块的内容和实现方法。研究表明该软件的实现能有效保证数字化变电站继电保护系统设计方案的科学选择。

Aiming at lack of quantitative assessment and choosing design scheme of relaying protection system of digital substation, the paper proposes to develop quantitive assessment software for relaying protection scheme of digital substation and elaborates on technical lines for implementing reliability assessment, economy assessment and comprehensive assessment; it presents flow chart of the implementation and discusses content and implementing method of each functional module. It is indicated by the research that the implementation of the software can effectively help to scientific choose design scheme of relaying protection system of digital substation.
