摘要
针对±800 kV云广特高压直流控制系统功能相对复杂、各个控制环节设置较传统直流输电工程有很大区别的问题,介绍和分析了其控制系统各控制环节的设置,如控制器选择功能、站间电流控制协调功能、电流裕度补偿功能、电流误差控制环节、低压限流功能与暂态故障恢复;特殊控制环节设置,如电压平衡控制单元、泄漏电流判断功能。对特高压直流工程现场调试和系统运行时的保护配置选择具有实际指导意义。
Aiming at complicated functions of ±800 kV Yun-Guang ultra high voltage DC control system and its difference in setting control elements from conventional DC transmission projects, the paper introduces and analyzes setting of each con- trol element of the control system, such as controller choosing, inter-substation current control and coordination, current margin compensation, current error control, low voltage current limiting and transient fault recovery as well as setting of special control elements, such as voltage balancing control unit, leakage current judgement, which significantly guides protection configuration choice in system operation and field commissioning of ultra high voltage DC projects.
