摘要 针对当前电力输电线路杆塔塔材、导线等被盗现象频繁发生的问题,结合国内外研究现状,提出一种基于视频差异化分析技术的输电线路杆塔智能防盗监控技术。该技术采用基于Kalman滤波的背景差分法与Cam-shift相结合的目标检测跟踪方法,分析处理输电线路杆塔附近环境的视频图像并自动报警,实现智能监控。在山西省晋中供电分公司220 kV输电线路杆塔防盗系统的应用实践表明,该方法可为电力系统安全提供有力保障。 Aiming at frequent stealing of tower materials and wires for power transmission, the paper introduces a smart anti- theft and monitoring technology based on video difference analysis in combination with research status of China and foreign countries. The technology adopts target tracking method which integrates background difference method based on Kalman filter with Camshift, and it analyzes video images of surroundings near transmission poles and towers and gives an alarm, re- alizing smart monitoring. The application of the method in anti-theft system of 220kV transmission towers and poles of Jinzhong Power Supply Branch Company indicates that it can guarantee safety of power system.
