MicroRNA与肾细胞癌转移的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 肾细胞癌的转移是目前临床上一个最突出的难题。最近的研究表明,microRNA(miRNA)与肾细胞癌的转移存在一定的关系,涉及到VHL-HIF-VEGF途径、上皮间质转化、表观遗传学的变化、表达谱的改变及转移相关基因等不同方面。miRNA将成为肾癌诊断及预后的有效生物学标记物并且为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点。
