摘要
重轻组合臂架是一种变截面大臂长臂架,此种臂架在起臂、作业工况时会产生较大挠度,减小挠度的有效方法之一是配有腰绳系统.由于其计算复杂性,提出了一种基于有限元优化设计方法.即首先利用等效惯性矩方法对臂架进行简化,再对简化后的模型进行建模,通过有限元分析软件,应用不同优化方法对腰绳系统的长度、连接位置进行优化迭代,得到优化结果,通过结果对比,得到适用于腰绳系统设计的优化方法.其方法可以指导腰绳系统设计,有效地减少了设计周期,为腰绳系统设计提供了一种便捷的途径.
Due that the light-heavy-combined boom is one of large-and long-scale booms with variable sections,the larger deflections are generated under the lifting and operational working conditions. As such, the roping system can be used as an effective way to reduce deflections. Owing to relevant computational complexity,a finite-element optimization design method is proposed. Firstly, the boom is simplified and modeled based on the equivalent inertia moment method. Afterwards, by using the finite-element soft- ware, the length and connection position of roping system are iteratively optimized via different optimiza- tion methods. Eventually, in comparison with the optimized results, the appropriate optimization method is obtained to effectively reduce the design cycle and provide a convenient yet an instructive way to roping system design.
