摘要 对搅拌站中沥青混凝土卸料装车作业进行了分析研究,利用机器视觉技术检测了颗粒物料在矩形厢体中的堆垛高度、料堆角度等主要参数,进而以堆放角变化规律的实验研究为基础,拟合堆放角经验公式,并对该作业过程的典型工况下车厢内料堆体积进行计算.实验结果表明,该方法下料堆体积最大相对误差为8.957%,为搅拌站沥青混凝土自动卸料装车系统研究提供参考. By analyzing the asphalt concrete loading and discharging operations at mixing stations, such key parameters as stacking height and angle of particulate materials in a rectangular box are detected using machine vision technology. Based on the variations of stacking angles, an empirical formula of stacking angel is fitted to calculate the stack volume under typical working conditions. From the experimental results, it is found that the maximum relative error for stack volume is 8. 957%. Therefore, this approach paves a venue for asphalt concrete loading and discharging systems at mixing stations.
