摘要
目的研究丹龙胶囊活血化瘀作用。方法利用肾上腺素加冷刺激造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察丹龙胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响;利用肾上腺素造成小鼠肠系膜循环障碍,观察丹龙胶囊对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。结果丹龙胶囊能降低急性血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度和红细胞聚集指数,缩短红细胞电泳时间;增大肠系膜循环障碍小鼠的肠系膜毛细血管平均管径和流态评分,加快血流速度。结论丹龙胶囊具有活血化瘀作用。
Objective To study the effect of Danlong capsule on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Methods The effects of Danlong capsule on hemorheology and mesentery mierocirculation were observed using the rat model of acute blood stasis induced by adrenaline injection combined with cold stimulation, and the mouse model of mesentery microcirculation disturbance. Results Danlong capsule could reduce the blood viscosity and RBC aggregation index, shorten RBC electrophoresis time in the rat model, and increase the average caliber of capillary and fluid-state score, and speed up the blood flow. Conclusion Danlong capsule has the effect on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
