摘要
应用套盆分层组合式的花生水培方法,研究花生在水培条件下对不同供硼量的反应。从试验结果中获得了:Ⅰ、不同供硼量与花生产量的非线性回归关系,当供硼量为0.065ppm时,可望得到单株最高产量38.4克;Ⅱ、当供硼量分别低于0.025和0.01ppm时,植株表现缺硼和严重缺硼症状;Ⅲ、叶绿素a、b和可溶性糖含量在处理间的变化趋势与花生产量结果完全吻合。
A technique of water culture was employed to study responses of peanut to different B levels.In the technique, double layer pots was used, where the uppernlayer fulled with sandy and the lower layer contained the culture solution.The two year results showed: Ⅰ.Boron levels had a non-linear regression relationship with yield of peanut.The maxmum yield ( 38.4g/per plant ) could be gained at 0.065ppm level of B.Ⅱ.Peanut would sxpress the symp toms of B deficianceand B extreme deficience when B levels weree lower than 0.025 and 0.01 ppm, respectively. Ⅲ .Change tendances of the contents of chlorophy11 a and b and soluble sugar coicided perfectly with yield of peanut among the treatmo.This explained physiologically why B could increase yield of peanut.
