摘要
3批92粒阳性反应种子检测说明,绝大多数种子子叶和胚带花生条纹病毒(PStV),仅有收获前摘取2粒未成熟种子种皮带毒。PStV种传率与品种、病毒侵染时期密切相关。参试17份花生品种和材料中,种传率最高为20.6%,最低1%。珍珠豆型花生品种种传率明显高于普通型和其他类型花生品种。早期感病花生PStV种传率高,花针期以后感病种传率明显下降。小粒种子PStV种传率高于大粒种子。
The cotyledons and embryoes in the majority of 92 peanut seeds tested positive for peanut stripe virus ( PStV ) were found to be infected by PStV by ELISA-DAC; only the testa of two unmature seeds collected before harvest found to be PStV-borne.PStV seed transmission varied significantly among 17 psanut cultivars and lines tested.Highest seed transmission averaged 20.6% in the comparison with lowest one 1% in four year's tests.Seed transmission in four psanut cultivars was higher than that in other five cul-tivars of Virginia and other type. PStV seed transmission in the early infectd peanut plants was higher and reduced obviously as infection occured after flow ing and pegging period.Rates of PStV seed transmission in small seeds were higher than those in large seeds.
