超低渗透油藏水平井参数正交试验设计与分析 被引量:13

摘要 超低渗透油藏水平井产能影响因素之间相互关联与干扰,传统的单一因素分析难以定量描述水平井参数对其产能影响的主次顺序和显著程度。针对该问题,引入正交试验设计方法,就压裂裂缝参数及水平井参数对产量的影响进行了直观分析,包括裂缝条数、裂缝半长、裂缝导流能力和水平井长度等影响参数。根据所得到的主次关系结果,优选了适合于超低渗透油藏水平井开发的压裂裂缝参数和水平井长度的最佳组合方案。结果对于超低渗透油藏水平井开发井网布置方案的优化设计具有一定指导意义。 It was Considered that the productivity influential factors of horizontal wells were interfered and correlated each other in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.Traditional single factor analysis was difficult for quantitative describing the effect of productivity of horizontal wells on the sequences and obvious level of production.In consideration of the problem,an orthogonal design of experiments was introduced for a direct analysis on the influence of fracturing parameters and parameters of horizontal wells on production,including the number of fractures,the half-length of fracture,its transmission ability and the length of horizontal wells.Based on the result,an optimal and combined program is chosen for fracturing parameters of ultra-low permeability reservoir development in horizontal wells and their length,it provides a guidance for the optimization of design of production plan of horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
