反贫困立法的思考

On Anti-Poverty Legislation

贫困是世界普遍关注的重大问题。通过反贫困立法把宪法关于社会救济和权利保障的规定落到实处,是发达国家和地区解决贫困问题的重要途径。中国应借鉴这个经验,把推行多年的扶贫开发工作进一步制度化、规范化,构建具有中国特色的反贫困法律制度体系。

Poverty is one of the major issues in the world.Anti-poverty legislation is an important way for the developed countries and regions to solve the issue of poverty,which realizes social relief and right safeguard in the constitution.China should borrow ideas from this experience,and promote the institutionalization and standardization of poverty alleviation and development,and construct an anti-poverty legal system with Chinese characteristics.
