摘要
本文运用灰色物元分析法,对投标单位进行多因素综合评价,其得出的评价结果直观,为择优决策中标监理单位提供一种科学的评价方法。
This paper used gray ylem analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the bidding units. The results were easy to understand. It is a kind of scientific assessment method for choosing optimal bidding unit.
