摘要
207份南方春大豆品种的亚麻酸含量分析结果表明,春大豆的亚麻酸含量4.23—16.13%,平均7.69%。湘、浙春大豆的亚麻酸含量显著低于苏、鄂春大豆。同一品种秋播亚麻酸含量显著高于春播。亚麻酸含量与籽粒大小显著正相关,但与株高、生育期性状无显著相关。
The linolenic acid of 207 spring sowing-type soybean cultivars from southern of China was determined in Changsha in 1988.The results showed that linolenic acid of spring-type soybeans ranged from 4.23% to 16.13%, average 7.69%.The linolenic acid in cultivars from Hunan and Zhejiang was lower than that from Jiangsu and Hubei province.The content of linolenic acid of a cultivar in autumn-sowing is higher than in spring-sowing.The linolenic acid content was significant positive correlation with size of seed, but it was not Significant correlation with plant height and growth stage.
