摘要文章对美国研究型大学教师教学奖评价机制进行了分析,着重研究了教学奖评价中的公平、科学、规范的特性,并对教学奖评价机制的保障措施进行了阐述,以期为中国研究型大学的教学奖评价机制带来借鉴意义。
