石斛合剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察石斛合剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能及形态学方面的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、石斛合剂低剂量组、石斛合剂高剂量组、阳性对照组,用高脂高糖饲料饲养,低剂量STZ腹腔注射建立糖尿病肾脏损伤大鼠模型,用石斛合剂灌胃治疗12周后,观察大鼠血糖、BUN、Scr、肾质量/体质量(KW/BW)、24 h尿白蛋白(UAER),观察大鼠肾脏光镜及电镜下病理形态学变化。结果与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠血糖、BUN、Scr、KW/BW、UAER明显低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05);在光镜及电镜下观察到治疗组病理变化均较模型组有明显改善。结论石斛合剂可降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,改善肾功能,减轻肾脏病理损伤,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the effects of Dendrobium mixture (DM) on renal function and morphological change of diabetic rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, DM low-dose group, DM high-dose group and positive drug control group. Wistar rats were fed with high lipid and high glucose diets and intraperitoneally injected with low-dose STZ to establish diabetic rat model of renal injury. "File rats were given DM for 12 weeks by garage, and changes of blood glucose, BUN, Scr, ratio of kidney weight and body weight (KW/BW) and 24 h urinary albumin of rats were observed. The pathomorphological changes in the kidney tissues were observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results The levels of blood glucose, BUN, Scr, KW/BW and 24 h urinary albumin in treat- ment group were significantly lower than that of model group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Pathological changes in each treatment group had significant improvement compared with model group. Conclusion DM can decrease blood glucose of diabetic rats, improve renal function, reduce renal pathological injure, and has protective effect on kidney of diabetic rats.
