摘要
目的评价闽产射干的质量。方法用HPLC法测定射干的次野鸢尾黄素含量。结果次野鸢尾黄素平均含量为0.8283%,武平样品最高(1.6622%);寿宁样品最低(0.4434%)。结论闽产射干质量优良。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Belamcanda Chinensis in Fujian. Methods The content of irisflorentin in Belamcanda Chinensis was determined by HPLC. Results The average content of irisflorentin was 0.8283% in Fujian, the content of sample from Wuping was the highest （1.6622%）, and the content of sample from Shouning was the lowest （0.4434%）. Conclusion The quality of Belamcanda Chinensis in Fujian is good.
