痹痛灵软膏的抗炎镇痛作用

Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Bitongling Ointment

目的评价痹痛灵软膏的抗炎镇痛作用。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿试验,观察痹痛灵软膏的抗炎作用;用小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法,观察痹痛灵软膏的镇痛作用。结果痹痛灵软膏能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿,对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,可提高小鼠的热痛阈值。结论痹痛灵软膏具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Bitongling oint- ment. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Bitongling ointment was observed by using the mouse ear inflammation model induced by xylol and the rat granuloma model induced by cotton ball, and the analgesic effect was observed by using the mouse acetic acid writhing test and hot plate test. Results Bitongling oint- ment could obviously inhibit xylol-induced mouse ear inflammation and cotton ball-induced rat granuloma, had obvious inhibitory effect on mouse writhing induced by acetic acid, and could heighten the thermalgesia liminal value of mouse. Conclusion Bitongling ointment has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
