摘要
目的比较柘荣县GAP基地栽培的15个不同群体太子参块根和参须中多糖及总皂苷的含量。方法采用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖的含量,香草醛-冰醋酸法测定总皂苷的含量。结果太子参块根中多糖平均含量为34.97%,参须中为18.79%;太子参块根中总皂苷平均含量为0.22%,参须中为0.25%。结论太子参的参须中总皂苷含量高于块根,具有开发利用价值。
Objective To compare the contents of polysaccharides and total saponins in root tuber and fibrous root of Pseudostellaria heterophylla from sixteen different populations cultivated in Zherong GAP base in Fujian. Methods The contents of polysaccharides and total saponins were determined by sulfuric acid-phenol colorirnetric method and vanillin-iee acetic acid eolorimetric method respectively. Results The average content of polysaccharides in root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla was 34.97%, and in fibrous root was 18.79%. The average content of total saponins in root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla was 0.22%, and in fibrous root was 0.25%. Conclusion The content of total saponins in fibrous root is higher than that in root tuber, and the effect of fibrous root of Pseudostellaria heterophylla can be exploited.
