葡萄糖转化酶-1在食管癌前病变中的表达及意义

摘要 葡萄糖转化酶.1(glucosetransporterDrotein1,GLUT-1)是分布最广的介导细胞摄人葡萄糖的主要载体。GLUT-1在许多葡萄糖代谢率高的实质性肿瘤中有较高的表达,并且与肿瘤的发生进展及预后有关。本文结合过碘酸雪夫(PAS)染色,应用免疫组织化学法对72例内镜活检证实的食管正常上皮、单纯性增生、异型增生及鳞状细胞癌及10例食管鳞癌手术标本组织中GLUT-1的表达进行检测,探讨GLUT-1作为临床判断食管上皮异型增生转向癌变的价值。
