摘要
大学毕业生的就业能力对于提高大学毕业生的就业率和就业质量有很重要的影响。实证研究表明,大学毕业生由于性别、政治面貌等因素的不同会导致就业能力的显著差异。工作经历、环境适应能力、社交礼仪等因素对就业能力有显著正向影响,并且呈线性关系。高校应重视学生综合素质的教育,加强实习、实践教学。大学生自身要注重个人修养和综合素质的提升,在学习中做到理论联系实际。几方面的共同作用,才能有效提高大学毕业生的就业能力。
College graduate employment ability influence on the improvement of the employment rate of college graduates and employment quality significantly.The empirical research shows that,such factors as the sex,political affiliation can lead to significant differences of college graduates’ employment ability.Working experience,ability to adapt to the environment and social etiquette have significant positive impact on employment ability.Colleges should attach importance to the education of students’ comprehensive quality,strengthen the practice teaching.Students themselves should pay more attention to the ascension of personal cultivation and overall quality,all of which will improve the college graduate employment ability.
