摘要
通过分析和比较适合用于芳烃抽提装置真空系统三级蒸汽喷射泵技改的三种真空泵的优缺点,分析液环真空泵串联大气喷射器机组在芳烃抽提装置真空系统技改中的应用优势。实践表明,液环真空泵串联大气喷射器机组在设备运行的可靠性、安全性和成本上更胜一筹,更适合用于芳烃抽提装置真空系统三级蒸汽喷射泵的技改。
With the analysis and comparison for pros and cons of three vacuum pumps technically reformed based on three stage steam jet pump used in aromatics extraction plant, the advantage of liquid vacuum pump series connected air-ejector set in application was analyzed. It was concluded that liquid vacuum pump series connected air-ejector set is more suitable on aspects of reliability, safety and cost.
