浅谈宏观检验在工业管道定期检验中的重要性

Brief Discussion of Importance of Macro Inspection Used in Periodical Inspection for Industrial Piping

分析了目前工业管道的使用现状,通过对近几年来在工业管道定期检验中发现的制造、安装时遗留的缺陷以及在使用中产生的腐蚀、疲劳、磨损和材质劣化等在用缺陷的分析,归纳、总结了管道宏观检验在外观检验、管道材质外观辨识、测厚部位的确定、保温层开拆部位的选择、无损检测部位的选择、安全保护装置六个方面的内容,阐明了宏观检验在工业管道定期检验中的重要性。

Current situation of industrial piping application was analyzed in this article. Based on the analysis of defects, which were formed in fabrication and installation, found in periodical inspection in recent years and corrosion, fatigue, wear and deterioration of material occurred in usage, six aspects, including visual examination, material appearance discrimination, determination of location for thickness measurement, selection of location for insulation uncovering, selection of location for NDT and safety protective unit, were summarized. Then, from these six aspects, the importance of periodical inspection for industrial piping was indicated.
