摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定茶饮料中功能性成分绿原酸的分析方法,并考察了流通领域常见20种茶饮料产品中功效成份绿原酸的含量情况。结果表明,绿原酸在2~80μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.4%~99.4%,变异系数为1.5%~1.9%,方法检测限为0.5μg/mL。本方法准确、快速、重现性好,可用于茶饮料中绿原酸的检测。
A HPLC method for detection of chlorogenic acid in tea drinks was established.The results showed that the calibration curve of chlorogenic acid at the range of 2 g/mL to 80 g/mL had good liner relationship(r=0.9997).The average coefficient recovery was from 97.4% to 99.4%,the relative standard deviation was from 1.5% to 1.9%,and the detection limit was 0.5 g/mL.The method was proved accurate,rapid,reproducible and suitable for detection of chlorogenic acid in tea drinks.
