摘要
以商业化供应的天然产物白桦脂醇为原料,首先经高价碘试剂IBX选择性氧化生成桦木酮醛,然后经四丁基高锰酸铵氧化以86%的总收率制得标题化合物。氧化剂IBX可以方便、有效地回收并再循环。该方法操作简便,具有潜在的工业化前景。
With commercially natural product betulin as a starting material,betulonie acid was prepared efficiently by a combination of selective oxidation with IBX, further oxidation with n-Bu4NMnO4. The target compound, betulonic acid,was obtained in 86% yield. The method is easy to operate with good yield,and lends itself very well to industrial scale meth- odology.
