离子色谱法对不同产地萹蓄中元素含量的比较研究

Comparative study of the elements content in polygonum aviculare L with different producing area by ICS method

采用离子色谱法对12个产地萹蓄中Li、Na、K、Mg、Ca等元素含量进行同时测定,并对水煎法和消化法处理样品的测定结果进行了对比分析。同时对各元素进行加样回收实验,建立了简单方便、快速、准确稳定的测定萹蓄中元素含量的分析方法。

The ICS method was used to determine simultane- ously the elements such as Li,Na,K,Mg,Ca contained in po- lygonum aviculare L from the different producing area. The re- sult of microwave method and water frying method was com- pared and analyzed. A simple, swift and accurate analytic technique for detecting the metal elements in Polygonum avic- ulare L was established via the recovery experiments.
