摘要
制备一种具有手性分离能力的毛细管电色谱整体柱并对丙谷胺对映体进行分离。以丙烯酰-β-环糊精(ACD)和甲基丙烯酸甘油酯(GMA)为功能单体,一步法制备ACD毛细管电色谱手性整体柱,并考察了该柱在制备过程中影响因素。通过红外(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构及形貌进行表征。利用该整体柱对手性药物丙谷胺对映体进行拆分并达到了基线分离。
A chiral monolithic column of capillary electrochro- matography (CEC) was prepared and proglumide has been separated by it. Acryloyl-β-eyclodextrin (ACD) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as functional monomers,the acryloyl-β- cyelodextrin chiral CEC monolithic column was fabricated by one-step method. Moreover, all kinds of influencing factors were investigated in the monolithic column preparing process. The mierostructure and morphology of monolithic column were characterized by the fourier transform infrared spectro-scopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In the CEC mode,proglumides were separated by based-line by the formed monolithic column.
