摘要
本文报告3例因造影剂引起的急性肾功能衰竭,并对其造影剂引起的肾损害的发病率、临床表现与过程、发病机理,危险因素和预防措施进行文献复习,并加以讨论。
Three cases of acute renal failure induced by radiocontrast material are described in this paper. The pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, course, risk factors, and prevention of this entity are discussed. The literature is also reviewed.
