我国本科工程教育实践教学问题与原因探析 被引量:346

On Practical Teaching of Undergraduate Engineering Education in China:Problems and Causes

摘要 工程教育实践教学是工程科技人才培养的重要环节。本文立足于工程教育的时代要求,从实践教学目标、实践教学体系设计、实践教学方法、实践教学条件和师资队伍等五个方面,对本科工程教育实践教学存在的问题进行了系统梳理,并从传统文化、教育观念、教育体制、教育资源投入等方面探究问题产生的原因,以期为工程教育实践教学改革和政策制定提供参考依据。 The quality of the engineering talents can be guaranteed by the practical teaching of engineering education. To meet the demands of engineering education in modern times, this paper makes a systematic summary on the problems present in the practical teaching of undergraduate engineering education from five aspects, the goals of practical teaching, the design of practical teaching system, the methods of practical teaching, conditions of practical teaching and the teaching staff And then the cau- ses of theses problems are explored from several perspectives, such as traditional culture, practical teaching concepts, education mechanism, the input of educational resources, etc. It is hoped that the present paper will provide references for the reform of practical teaching of engineering education and its policy formulation.
