The Whole Cooperation Process Between Universities and Enterprises on Training Outstanding Engineers

"卓越计划"将行业企业的参与作为成功培养卓越工程师的关键,事实上,只有企业的全过程参与,才能培养出满足培养标准要求的卓越工程师。本文试图系统地讨论和研究"卓越计划"参与高校与企业合作全过程开展卓越工程师培养这一重要专题,包括校企全程合作是"卓越计划"成功的关键、校企全程合作的主要环节和合作内容、校企合作的主要模式、校企全程合作培养卓越工程师机制的建立、校企合作教育需要的政策法规支持等五个方面,以期为"卓越计划"参与高校和企业合作开展卓越工程师培养提供建议和参考。

＂The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers （PETOE）＂ considers the participation of industrial sectors and enterprises as the key to the successful training of outstanding engineers. Actually, only by enterprises＇ participation in the whole process, can we cultivate outstanding engi- neers who meet the requirements of the cultivation standards. The paper tries to discuss and study systematically the important issues of the whole cooperation process between universities and enterpri- ses on training outstanding engineers, including that the whole cooperation process between universities and enterprises （WPCUE） is the key to the success of PETOE, the main links and cooperation content of the whole process, the main mode of the cooperation, the establishment of training outstanding engineers mechanism of WPCUE, and policy, laws and regulations＇ support required by WPCUE, etc. It is hoped to provide advice and reference for PETOE participants （universities and enterprises） to launch the cooperation on training Outstanding Engineers.
