摘要
学校与企业联合培养工科学生,是普通高校实行工程教育的一个有效途径。学校和企业联合培养工科学生,需要专业或专业群与合作企业协同对可用教学资源进行集成和配置。围绕测控技术与仪器专业学生的培养,分析了与企业开展深度合作的可行性、制度设计和实施路径。在试点工作中,把实践教学部署在企业现场,并结合CDIO大纲和企业培训大纲以指导实践教学,使得实践教学环节尽可能映射工程实践。
Cooperating with enterprises to train engineering students is an effective way of higher institutions to implement engineering education. It requires a specific major or major group cooperating with the enterprises to do configuration and integration for available teaching resources. Centering on the training of students from majors of Measurement & Control Technology and Equipment, the paper analyzes the feasibility, system design and path implementation of deep cooperation with enterprises. During the pilot work, practice teaching is conducted in the enterprise field. Guided by CDIO programs and corporate training programs, the practice teaching is ensured to map the engineering practice as much as possible.
