摘要 目前,国内外电网均缺乏大规模应用直流融冰装置的实践经验,存在融冰工作效率低、融冰装置配置有待优化等问题,制约了直流融冰装置在抵御电网大面积冰灾方面作用的发挥。在总结南方电网直流融冰装置在2011年初冰灾中应用经验的基础上,分析了线路直流融冰优化调度方法,提出极端冰冻灾害情况下电网保底运行方案,提出了完善直流融冰装置配置的建议,构建基于直流融冰的电网大面积冰灾防御策略。 Currently, power grid companies at home and abroad both lack experience in large-scale application of DC deicer. Problems such as low efficiency of deicing and insufficient optimal configuration of deicer have limited the role of DC deicer in standing against wide area ice disasters. Based on a summary of the experience gained in applying DC deicer of China Southern power grid, an analysis is made of the priority and dispatch optimizing methods for transmission line deicing, together with a proposal for the minimum-load-guarantee operation scheme for fighting extremely serious ice disaster. Suggestions are made for perfecting the principle of optimal allocation for DC deicer and a prevention strategy for wide area ice disaster of power grid based on DC deicer is put forward.
