摘要
在前期研究基础上,固定阳离子改性剂WLS改性棉织物工艺,研究硫化染料浸轧染色工艺条件对染色性能的影响,优选出改性棉织物硫化染料浸轧染色的最佳工艺,并评价改性棉织物硫化染料浸轧染色效果。结果表明,改性棉织物具有比未改性棉织物更高的K/S值,在达到相同染色深度的情况下,改性棉织物染料用量可以大大减少,因此,改性织物对于节约染料,减少污水处理负担和降低生产成本都具有很大的意义。这符合当今节能减排的环保理念,有很好的应用前景。
On the base of early study, cotton fabric is modified with a cationic agent WLS. The influence of pad dyeing process of cotton fabrics with sulfur dyes on the result of dyeing is investigated, and the optimal dyeing process conditions are determined and the dyeing effect of WLS modified cotton fabrics via pad dyeing with sulfur dyes is evaluated. The results show that when compared with the unmodified cotton fabric, the modified cotton fabric has higher K/S value under the same depth of colour, significantly reduces the amount of dyes, and therefore exhibits great significance in saving dyes, reducing the burden on sewage treatment and cutting down production cost. This fits to the nowadays' concept of energy-saving and emission reduction and has good potential applications.
