腈纶/天丝/锦纶混纺纱染色时,染浴中先加入防沉淀剂,然后采用阳离子/酸性染料同浴分别上染腈纶/锦纶组份,然后再在天丝组份套染活性染料,通过水平及正交试验,优化腈纶/天丝/锦纶混纺纱的染色工艺,有效地解决色花问题。
When performing the dyeing of acrylic/Tencil/polyamide yarns, antiprecipitant is first added to the dye-bath, followed by one-bath dyeing of acrylic/polyamide components with cationic/acid dyes, and finally, dye the Tencil with reactive dyes. Level and orthogonal tests are used to optimize the dyeing process of acrylic/Tencil/polyamide blended yarns, effectively solving the problem of dyeing defects.
