齿式联轴节不对中转子的动力学响应分析 被引量:12

摘要 齿式联轴节不对中是极为常见的现场故障,危害极大。为了有效地认识其故障物理机理和动力学特性,建立一种针对齿式联轴节不对中故障的转子—轴承系统的有限元分析模型,考虑在两种状态(平行不对中和角度不对中)下联轴器所受的力和力矩,并建立其动力学方程,通过双跨转子不对中的动力学分析和仿真研究,得出不对中量和稳态响应特性之间的量化关系。同时对2倍频相位的分析表明:在平行不对中状态下,联轴器两端相位相同,而角度不对中状态下两端相位差约为180°。该特征可作为不对中故障识别的重要参考。 The misalignment of gear coupling is the most commonly observed fault in industry fields. It can cause great harm. In order to find out its physical mechanism and dynamic charactersic, a new finite element modal of misaligned rotor- bearing system with gear coupling is presented. By considering the forces and moments which applied on rotor in two typical misaligned conditions, i.e. parallel and angular misalignment, the dynamic equation is established. Through simulation and dynamic analysis of two-span rotor system with misalignment, quantitive relationship between the misalignment and steady response is obtained. Meanwhile, an investigation on phase of twice rotational speed freqency (2X) reveals that in parallel misaligned condition, the phases of two sides of coupling are same, while in angular misalignment condition the phases are opposite (almost 180~ difference). This feature can be used as an important reference when confirming a misalignment fault.
