车用圆形支承橡胶部分承载力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 对车用圆形支承构件橡胶部分的力学性能进行研究分析,用大型非线性有限元分析软件Abaqus进行数值模拟。结果表明,支承构件的橡胶支承筋在实验中发生断裂的部位在有限元分析结果中可以看出,无论是正向加载还是反向加载,该部位的应力在整个构件中达到最大值,而且呈带状集中分布。另外,载荷方向若稍与连杆轴线偏个角度,这个最大应力集中带会发生在载荷偏向的那一个部分上,最终将导致有一个先破坏。 The mechanical properties of rubber of round bearing were study.Numerical simulation was done by Abaqus of non-linear finite element ana lysis software.The result is that the site of the fracture of rubber bearing bars was showed by result of simulation.And whether forward or reverse loading th at the stress reaches the largest at this site and there is a centralization bel t.Furthermore,if there is a little angel between load and link,the belt shoul d bias to the part of the load points.It should lead to have a part of component damage firstly.
