破坏性领导负性影响维研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 传统的领导理论大多关注建设性的、有效的和成功的领导,但是作为一种负性的社会现象,破坏性领导始终存在于各类组织中,破坏性领导行为会严重损害员工的心理、工作态度和行为,对其进行研究显得尤为重要。本文通过梳理文献,介绍破坏性领导行为的概念及其理论基础,并阐述破坏性领导可能产生的后果,在此基础上对未来研究方向进行展望。
