从G函数出发,运用价格增长和产品市场结构的陈述,得出了一个农业生产与贸易相关性的模型。根据这个模型的推导结果,给出了超量供给量、超量供给价格和超量剩余等定义和概念。进而将分析的焦点集中到了增强出口竞争力,以便减少或消除剩余的问题上。依据市场准入状态的不同,超量剩余被区分为:净出口下的剩余与净进口下的剩余两种。对减少或消除这两种剩余的举措进行了分析,结果揭示了技术水平与国际贸易竞争力的关系,解释了追求同等价格降低率的意义,得出了农产品倾销的指数,从而深入地说明了国际贸易中农产品反倾销的实质。

Starting with the G function,which uses the statements for price rise and the structure of the product market,the model for agricultural production and trade is established.Based on the results obtained from this model are given the definitions and conceptions about quantity of exceed supply,price of exceed supply,surplus of exceed supply,etc.Then the paper proceeds to focus on an analysis of how to increase the competitiveness of export so as to reduce or eliminate the surplus.Under the different conditions of market access,the surpluses of exceed supply are divided into two types: one of exceed supply in net export and the other in net import.The analysis for the reduction or elimination of the two surpluses of exceed supply is conducted.The results from these analyses reveal the relationship between the technological level of economy and the competitive force in international trade,explain the meaning to seek the same reduction rate of price,and obtain the index of agricultural products dumping.In so doing,an in-depth account is made of the nature of anti-dumping agricultural products in international trade.
