土壤真菌防治大豆孢囊线虫的效果测定 被引量:9

摘要 在室内水洋菜平板上测定从山东胶县大豆孢囊线虫卵中分离到的草酸青霉菌Peni—cillium oxalicum Currie & Thom、枝顶孢霉菌Acremonium persicinum(Nic—ot)W.Gams、地霉菌Geotrichum sp.、茄病镰刀菌Fusarium solani(Mart.)Sacc和尖孢镰刀菌F、oxysporum Schlecht在大豆孢囊线虫卵上的寄生率,分别为43%、28%、21%、29%和37%。盆钵实验结果表明,5%的草酸青霉菌和茄病镰刀菌菌剂防治大豆孢囊线虫的效果分别为72%和70%,前者1%的菌剂用量即有明显防效。这2种真菌是大豆的非病原菌。 Five fungi were isolated from eggs of soybean cyst nematodes in Jiaozhou county, Shandong province., China, The fungi were Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom, Acremonium persicunum ( Nicot ) W. Grams, Geotrichum sp.Fusarium solani ( Mart. ) Sacc. and F. oxysporum Schlecht. In water agar plates(d. 5cm) , parasitical rate of eggs of Heterodera glycines by the fungi were 43%, 28%, 21%, 29% and 37%, respectively. Results in pot tests indicated that control effects to H. glycines by P. oxalicum and F. solani Sand bran (5%, w/w)were 72% and 70%, and that the former at 1% showed some effect. The experimant also confirm that P.oxalicum and F.solani were not pathogenic of soybean.
